Tomax specializes in optimizing drilling efficiency from downhole automation. More precisely the Tomax AST tool applies an algorithm that perfects the axial loading (weight on bit) to have optimal cut with modern PDC bits. Tomax is present on all continents and is now used for the drilling of about 1200 wells every year. The AST tools are for rent and the largest service hubs (ranked by fleet) are Houston, Dubai and Stavanger.
